Massage saved my life!
Powerful but true statement. Working in a demanding, high-stress job led me to schedule frequent massage sessions to cope. After each session, my energy reset and I was able to take on the world minus the burnout feeling.
Now as a Certified Massage Therapist, I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to bring the same sense of calm and stress relief to others here in Sunny San Diego. I truly care about meeting each client’s individual needs to bring them the relief they are looking for. I always check in the next day to see how they’re feeling to ensure we truly are doing what’s best for their mind and body. I encourage feedback and work to implement suggestions in our next session.
Originally from Arizona, I’ve lived in San Diego with my beautiful family since 2009. As soon as we moved here, I knew this would be our home forever. I’ve always lived by the famous Dolores Huerta quote, “Si Se Puede” and remind my kids daily that all is possible with hard work and love for life.
